A judge sentenced a Heath man to four years in prison for manufacturing methamphetamines with children nearby, 10TV News reported on Tuesday.
Daniel Shaw pleaded guilty in Licking County Common Pleas court to illegal manufacture of drugs and the illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for manufacturing drugs.
Shaw, 31, also pleaded guilty to aggravated possession of drugs and possession of marijuana and was sentenced to community control.
Authorities arrested Shaw and his cousin, Charles Devault, in November after receiving a tip about their illegal activity.
Devault, 43, pleaded no contest to illegal manufacture of drugs in May and was also given a 4-year sentence.
