Some homeowners awoke to find their property destroyed on Monday morning.
Vandals destroyed mailboxes and covered properties with toilet paper in the Academy Place subdivision, located off of Cherry Bottom Road, 10TV’s Shayla Reaves reported.
In all, six mailboxes were targeted, Reaves reported. Neighbors said that the damage would cost hundreds to replace or fix.
Police said that they were searching for those responsible for the vandalism.
