The ramps connecting U.S. Route 23 and Interstate 270 on the south side are open after emergency repairs were completed on Sunday.
Bridge deck repairs prompted traffic authorities to close several ramps on the city's south side early Sunday, 10TV News reported.
The work to repair the bridge started after a routine patrol discovered damage.
