A Fairfield County man accused of raping a 3-year-old girl has been charged with another count, 10TV News reported on Tuesday.
Dustin Neal of Baltimore pleaded not guilty to rape and gross sexual imposition charges.
Police said that he and his cousin, Eugene Neal, had sexual contact with the girl in October.
Prosecutors just recently added the gross sexual imposition charge.
