The Upper Arlington City School District plans to auction off one of its buildings, 10TV reported on Wednesday.
The district wants to sell the 1.56-acre property, located near the corner of Burrell and Higgs avenues near the new Grandview Yard development. The property includes a 34,000-square-foot, single-story commercial building.
There will be a live auction on Tuesday, June 26, at the site.
Interior inspections will be available June 13 and 20 from noon to 2 p.m., and one hour before auction, which will begin at 11:30 a.m.
