Ohio State football coach Urban Meyer, all nine assistant coaches and strength and conditioning coach Mickey Marotti will take part in the first Ohio State Football Women's Clinic on June 9 at the Woody Hayes Athletic Center.
According to the university, cost for the day-long event is $75.
The full day of activities will start with clinic attendees posing for a photo with Meyer and it will be followed by a morning of instructional presentations including offensive, defensive and special teams talks. Representatives of the James Cancer Hospital will be at the clinic and will talk about the importance of early screening and detection.
The morning's football fun will also include a presentation on Ohio State football facts, an equipment demonstration, a talent show and a live auction.
Sweats, shorts and sneakers will be the appropriate athletic apparel as the afternoon activities will include stretching with Marotti, eight stations of drills, relay races, shoulder pad races and tours of the football facilities. A 30-minute competition will close out the day with a final wrap-up set for 4 p.m.
