A new business will allow food trucks and carts to set up shop in Franklinton for the lunch hour, 10TV News reported Monday.

Dinin’ Hall, located at 400 W. Rich St., will allow several food trucks to park at their location weekdays from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

According to the company’s Web site, diners order their food at the trucks, head inside to pay and have their food brought to them.

Dinin’ Hall accepts call-ahead orders and credit cards.

The food carts will give residents and people in the area an opportunity to be customers of those food carts, 10TV News reported.

Food carts featured at Dinin’ Hall Monday were Nicolasa’s and Mojo Tago.

Customer Charles Erickson said that he thought Dinin’ Hall was a great idea.

“So, this is just another thing that is not only highlighting what’s great and neat so close to downtown, but also gives people, many of whom wouldn’t have another reason to come, a chance to check out the facility.”
