Columbus police will start issuing tickets based on another red light camera starting Friday morning, 10TV News reported Wednesday.

The camera is mounted at the intersection of Northwest Boulevard and Fifth Avenue, near Grandview Heights.

Drivers caught on camera running the red light have received warning letters for the past month.

The grace period ends just after midnight, Friday morning.

Drivers who receive tickets can pay the $95 fine, request a hearing to fight the citation or tell police if someone else was driving.

Vehicle owners  would still be responsible for the ticket if someone else was driving.
