One after another, drivers along Alum Creek Drive and Bixby Road on the east side slipped and crashed into guardrails and ditches Monday morning.
10TV's cameras were rolling as multiple cars lost control, 10TV's Shayla Reaves reported.
"All of a sudden, the truck just spun out of nowhere," driver Kathy Lares, who just missed striking a 10TV News vehicle said. "I went over there, over there and I'm all over here."
Lares also narrowly missed striking a tractor-trailer, Reaves reported.
Don Griffin and his daughter-in-law, Tonetta Jackson, walked away from a head-on collision along the road.
"I called my boss and let her know I was on my way to this morning and I got in a car wreck," Jackson said.
There were no injuries reported in the crashes. Salt crews were called out to prevent further ice related incidents.
