Westerville City Schools officials said they immediately removed a substitute teacher from its call list following a complaint from a student, 10TV News reported on Wednesday.

A student at Pointview Elementary said that the teacher shook him on Friday.

A district spokesperson said that the student is a kindergartener with special needs.

The mother of the boy told school officials that she planned to file a police report, but one had not been filed as of Wednesday afternoon.
