Investigators were searching for the man who robbed  an Easton-area fast-food restaurant Sunday night.

According to police, the man walked into the Burger King restaurant, located at 4060 Morse Crossing, at about 8:30 p.m. and brandished a semi-automatic handgun.

An employee fled the restaurant after the man approached her and demanded money, 10TV’s Tino Ramos reported.

After the employee left, the man jumped the counter and led a manager to the cash register.

The manager complied and the man fled the scene with the money, Ramos reported.
