Scattered showers will pick up overnight tonight.
The overnight low temperature on Wednesday night will drop to 39 degrees, according to Doppler 10 chief meteorologist Chris Bradley.
Spring-like weather will return on Thursday, with a high reaching 56 degrees.
Afternoon showers are likely on Thursday beginning at about 1 p.m. There also is a possibility of thunderstorms, Bradley said.
A cold front will move across the region and will bring with it colder air and scattered snow showers.
Friday's high will reach 41 degrees.
Snow showers are likely through Friday evening.
