Gov. John Kasich signed a bill on Tuesday that stops the automatic designation of pit bulls as vicious.
According to the law, which will go into effect in 90 days, more focus will be put on a dog’s action rather than its breed.
A former law listed pit bulls as vicious dogs, 10TV News reported.
