The Wellston Police Department on Friday said it had arrested 17 people following a drug sweep in Jackson County.
According to police, 10 people were arrested and charged with 31 counts of felony-level drug charges.
Another seven people were arrested on lower-level drug charges.
During the sweep, a search warrant uncovered heroin, prescription medications, cash and a rifle.
