Creekside, the retail, office and residential space in the heart of Gahanna's business district, could be purchased by a Michigan company, 10TV reported on Friday.
Michigan-based Strathmore Development Co. submitted a $10.5 million bid for the portion of the development that was reclaimed by Huntington National Bank last year.
Huntington Bank filed suit in March against the project's developer, Stonehenge Co. and its affiliate, Gahanna Creekside Investments, claiming they had defaulted on more than $30 million worth of loans on the property.
A spokesman for the City of Gahanna said that the deal does not include the park, plaza or garage, which are owned by the city.
The deal must be approved in Franklin County Common Pleas Court.
