Police said on Thursday that they believed they had caught a man responsible for a theft at a Ross County church.
According to police, Richard Hughes stole a flat screen TV earlier this week from a church.
Police said that they were able to find Hughes because he came to the church asking for assistance and gave a church employee his real name.
Ross County church and charitable organization officials have recently reported a number of thefts.
Hughes was charged in connection with one theft.
