Three corrections officers were put on administrative leave on Wednesday after an inmate was found hanged in his cell over the weekend.
Authorities were investigating whether three corrections officers at the Southern Ohio Correctional Facility made their rounds at the appropriate times, 10TV News reported.
The names of the corrections officers and the inmate were not immediately released.
