Tonight’s temperature will drop as the snow continues.
One to 2 inches of accumulation is expected overnight Friday, which will see a low temperature of 18 degrees.
The cold will continue on Saturday with snow showers early leading to an additional 1 inch of accumulation, Doppler 10 chief meteorologist Chris Bradley said.
A winter weather advisory is in effect south of Columbus from 3 p.m. Friday through noon Saturday for the following counties:

Fairfield
Fayette
Guernsey
Hocking
Jackson
Morgan
Muskingum
Perry
Pickaway
Pike
Ross
Scioto
Vinton

Saturday’s high will reach 19 degrees with wind child readings below zero.
