A Newark man is charged with aggravated burglary and resisting arrest after his neighbors said that he broke into their house while they were sleeping, 10TV News reported on Thursday.
Newark police said Gary Baker appeared to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol when they arrived on the scene Tuesday.
Police say he broke into a house on South Sixth Street while his neighbors were sleeping and threatened to kill them, The Newark Advocate Reported.
Baker was taken to a hospital where it was uncovered he was high on bath salts.
