The Delaware County Board of Health voted on Wednesday to revoke the permit of a tattoo parlor after two underage girls received piercings without their parents' permission, 10TV News reported.
The board ordered Fantasy's of the Flesh, located on East Winter Street in Delaware, to close indefinitely after a mother complained a 12-year-old and 14-year-old were each given a piercing without parental consent.
The owner of the tattoo parlor, Jason Parks, faced two criminal charges in connection with the investigation.
Delaware police also gave each girl a delinquency charges for getting the piercings.
