Police said that three men were hospitalized on Thursday evening after a double shooting and stabbing.
According to police, two men allegedly approached a man on the 600 block of East Whittier Street and shot him in the leg.
Police said that it appeared that the victim then shot one of the men in the torso and stabbed the other man.
Investigators said that the incident could have occurred after a robbery, 10TV News reported.
All three men were taken to Grant Medical Center. The man shot in the torso was in critical condition, and the other two men had non-life threatening injuries.
The two men who allegedly shot the man in the leg were in custody at Grant, 10TV News reported.
Investigators said that they were searching for two other people they said were involved in the incident.
A woman who was grazed on the neck by a bullet was found on South 22nd Street, and police said they were working to determine if the shooting was connected to the other shooting and stabbing incident.
The identities of those involved were not immediately released.
The incident was still under investigation.
