A man was arrested on Wednesday after sheriff's officials said that he placed a 3-year-old in a dryer.
Guernsey County sheriff's deputies arrested and charged Jamial Bayly with felony domestic violence after deputies made a well-being check at the home, 10TV News reported.
Bayly, 40, previously was arrested and charged with child endangerment, according to police.
Bayly was accused of putting the child in a dryer as a form of punishment and turning the dryer on.
The child did not have visible injuries at the time of the arrest, 10TV News reported.
He was being held at the Guernsey County Jail and was scheduled to be arraigned on Thursday.
