Ross County residents can now access child support updates online, 10TV News reported on Tuesday.
The Ohio Child Support Customer Service Portal allows customers with an active child support case to view their child support information on demand.
Ross County Deputy Director James Ford said the county manages nearly 7,000 child support cases.
Parents can view and print child support payment data dating back two years, 10TV News reported.
They can also view address, employment, health insurance and support order information that is on file with the child support agency.
It is a statewide system, but Ross County just started using it this week.
