A man accused of videotaping a boy in Walmart bathroom pleaded guilty on Monday to one count of knowingly receiving visual images of child pornography.

Okey Belcher, 28, was arrested on Dec. 5 after allegedly videotaping a 9-year-old boy while he was using the bathroom at the Grove City store, where he worked as a plain-clothes loss prevention officer.

The boy's father told police that he took his son to the restroom at Walmart, located at 1693 Stringtown Rd., and put him in a stall, 10TV News reported.

About five minutes later, the father said his son came out of the restroom and told him that the person in the next stall was holding his phone under the stall and videotaping him.

According to a police report, the boy said he saw the phone and went out to tell his father, who then called the police.

According to a court statement, police obtained a search warrant for Belcher’s phone and iPod Touch, where the officers found two videos of the boy in the bathroom on Belcher’s phone.

Further examination revealed approximately 100 images of nude boys and girls between the ages of 14 and 16.

A warrant of Belcher’s house and computer uncovered approximately 600 images and 100 movies of child pornography.

Belcher could face at least five years and up to 20 years in prison if convicted, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office.
