Police were searching for two people they said shot a man in a north sidealley late Friday.
The shooting occurred at 9:44 p.m. behind 3330 Maize Rd., 10TV News reported.
Police said that Dominick Borghese was shot once in the lower body.
Borghese, 22, was taken to The Ohio State University Medical Center for treatment and was expected to survive, 10TV News reported.
Police said that the gunmen were dressed in all black and ran from the scene after the shooting.
