Police were searching for two men they said terrorized a couple in their southeast Columbus home on Thursday night.
"I look right here, and there's a guy walking up and I just sensed something was not right," victim John Pathis said.
Pathis said that he returned home from work around 9 p.m., when he saw two men coming toward him, 10TV's Justin Moss reported.
"I closed the gate when I saw the guys and they were right on me, right here, fast," Pathis said. "I was just screaming 'help,' you know, and that's why I have no voice."
One of the men then went inside the couple's home and held Pathis' wife at gunpoint, Moss reported.
The two men got away with cash, a bank card and Pathis' car.
"I was scared," said Pathis, who said the whole ordeal lasted approximately eight minutes.
Pathis said police arrived quickly and used a helicopter to locate the men, Moss reported.
