A massive sell-off is taking place at one of Columbus' longtime hotels.
The Concourse Hotel at Port Columbus, located at 4300 International Gtwy., is closed and is slated for demolition. The hotel's furnishings are being sold to prepare for the demolition, 10TV News reported.
Mid American Salvage is helping with the sale of everything that includes furniture, exercise equipment, pool furnishings, bar, restaurant and kitchen equipment.
"Everything to the walls is for sale," Mid American Salvage sales representative Jane Pushee said. "The building is slated to be demolished so door knobs to everything is for sale."
The hotel was refurbished in 2008.
The sale was scheduled from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday, or until all items are sold.
