Reward Offered For Information In Fraternal Organization Break-Ins

The Licking County Crime Stoppers on Monday asked for help finding the person responsible for three break-ins at fraternal organizations.

Crime Stoppers is offering up to a $1,000 reward for information leading to an arrest.

According to the Newark Division of Police, on Jan. 24, someone broke into the American Legion Post, located at 85 S. 6th St.

Similar break-ins occurred on Jan. 16 at the Elks Lodge, located at 73 N. 3rd St., and the Heath Eagles lodge, located at 1007 Hollander St., on Jan. 5

In all three burglaries, cash was stolen, police said.

Those with information about the break-ins are asked to call Licking County Crime Stoppers at 740-349-6888.
