Sara Craig, 21, was last seen early Friday morning near her east side apartment.
Police said that they canceled a missing persons alert on Saturday after a woman who was last seen early Friday morning walking near east side apartment was found safe.
Sara Craig was last seen at about 3 a.m. Friday when she left her apartment to take a walk. Police said that no one had seen or heard from her since and she did not show up for work on Friday evening.
Police did not release additional information about the case other than saying that Craig returned home safely.
