A teen was formally charged on Friday in connection with two slayings.

Franklin County Prosecutor Ron O'Brien said that Anthony Wadsworth was charged with one count of aggravated robbery, one count of aggravated murder, three counts of murder with specification and two counts of having a weapon while under disability.

A judge set Wadsworth's bond last week at $4 million.

The teen was arrested last week after he was shot multiple times by police after a standoff in Whitehall.

The incident took place at the Murphy U.S.A. gas station, located at 3589 E. Main St.

According to investigators, Wadsworth was in the passenger seat of a car parked at the gas station.

Officers approached the car after the driver left to enter the gas station.

Four officers opened fire on Wadsworth after he jumped behind the wheel of the car and attempted to flee the scene, crashing into a police vehicle.

Wadsworth is accused of the slayings of Dennis Kiser, 27, on Jan. 17, and Wayne Pender on Jan 13.

Keith Hill, a co-defendant-also was indicted in connection with Pender's slaying.

Both shootings took place on the west side, 10TV News reported.

Wadsworth was scheduled to be arraigned on Monday.
