Roads in Pickaway and Madison counties were closed on Thursday because of rising water.
According to the Ohio Department of Transportation, both lanes of state Route 752 were closed between Ashville and U.S. Route 23.
The detour is state Route 674 to U.S. Route 22 to U.S. Route 23 or reverse.
U.S. Route 62 was closed in both directions in Mount Sterling.
The detour was state Route 56 to state Route 323 to State Route 38 or reverse.
It was not immediately known what time the roads would reopen.
ODOT said that drivers should never drive through flooded roadways, because water could be deeper than it looks.
