Three men were being held at the Franklin County Jail after they were accused of breaking into cars near the Ohio State campus Wednesday morning.
Columbus police caught one of the men at the intersection of Summit Street and 18th Avenue at about 3 a.m. He was carrying a backpack with stolen property and burglary tools inside, police said.
Investigators said that they would charge the men with burglary and possession of criminal tools, 10TV’s Maureen Kocot reported.
