Investigators were searching on Tuesday for a man they said robbed a Hilliard bank.

According to investigators, a man entered a PNC Bank, located at 4650 Hilliard Cemetery Rd., at about 1:20 p.m. wearing a baseball cap covered with the hood from his hooded sweatshirt.

Employees asked that the man take the hat and hood down, and the man said that he was "too cold."

Investigators said that the man then held up a note that said he was robbing the bank.

The teller gave the man money, and the man left the bank and headed west.

According to investigators, the man was about 30 years old, 5 feet 9 inches tall with light brown facial hair.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Hilliard Division of Police at 614-876-7321 or the FBI at 614-865-2543.
