Police on Monday were searching for a man they said attempted to rob a store with a toy gun.
Investigators said that a man walked into the Hometown Market, located at 322 S. Main St., on Sunday night, pulled out a gun and demanded cash.
Store employees said that they realized the gun was a toy, 10TV News reported.
Police said that the man ran away without money.
Investigators said that they were still trying to locate the man, who was described as a 5-foot-7-inch tall white man with brown eyes and dark brown hair.
