A driver of a tractor-trailer was killed early Tuesday after the rig crashed into power lines.
The crash occurred at about 12:30 a.m. along state Route 739, near state Route 31 near Richwood, 10TV's Tino Ramos reported.
According to investigators, the driver, Fred G. Steinhelfer, of West Mansfield, Ohio, lost control of the tractor-trailer and veered off the road. The rig then crashed into power lines before catching fire.
The flames quickly spread and Steinhelfer, 49, was trapped inside, Ramos reported.
Steinhelfer was pronounced dead at the scene.
Detours were set for drivers heading to the nearby Marysville Honda plant. The road reopened at about 6:30 a.m.
