A sign beside a state route in Hardin County is turning heads, and those responsible for its message say that's exactly the intention.

The billboard, located along state Route 309, was constructed this week and references a drug arrest in which a man was accused of hiding nearly 100 balloons filled with heroin inside a body cavity, 10TV News reported.

The sign's message contains more details about where the man hid the balloons exactly, along with the words, "Where has your heroin been?"

The billboard's authors said they want people to see the message and discuss what they called a growing drug problem.

The billboard was sponsored by the Hardin County Job and Family Services.
