A man who collapsed just a few feet from the finish line at this weekend's Capital City Half Marathon remains hospitalized in serious condition on Monday.
Matt O'Brien was transported to Grant Medical Center on Saturday after suffering a full cardiac arrest.
According to his medical care blog site, O'Brien suffered an electrical disturbance within his heart known as Brugada Syndrome.
