A sex offender ordered into treatment is wanted by Richland County authorities for failing to get help and failing to register as a sex offender.
Juan Jose Gonzales is a Tier II sex offender whose victim was a 13-year-old girl, CrimeTracker 10's Angela An reported on Tuesday.
Gonzales was convicted in 2005 for unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.
He was ordered into a treatment program for sex offenders but after less than three months, he fled, An reported.
Richland County sheriff's deputies said they have received tips that he could be in the Galion or Columbus areas.
Gonzales has a tattoo on his back of an Aztec with a princess; a tattoo on his chest of his mother with two angels sleeping; and the words "brown side" tattooed on the left side of his neck.
Central Ohio Crime Stoppers is offering a reward for information leading to Gonzales' arrest. Call 614-461-8477 if you have any information.
