A man accused in the fatal stabbing of his girlfriend and two young children was indicted, Franklin County prosecutor Ron O'Brien announced on Tuesday.
A grand jury returned a death penalty indictment against Caron Montgomery.
Montgomery, 36, faces charges including murder, aggravated murder and domestic violence, 10TV News reported.
Tia Hendricks was found stabbed to death in her north side apartment on Nov. 26.
Hendricks' daughter, Tahlia, 10, and the couple's 2-year-old son Tyron, were both fatally stabbed.
Hendricks called 911 on the night before the fatal stabbing, but operators could not trace the call because it was made using a cell phone.
Montgomery was scheduled to be arraigned on Friday.
