Accused Knox County Kidnapper Taken Off Suicide Watch

UPDATED: Wednesday December 8, 2010 5:51 PM

A Knox County man charged with kidnapping and suspected in a triple slaying was taken off of suicide watch on Tuesday.

Matthew Hoffman's attorney said mental health experts examined him and decided he was no longer a danger to himself, 10TV News reported.

Hoffman, 30, was arrested in November after 13-year-old Sarah Maynard was found bound and gagged in his basement.
