Hundreds of people turned out Monday to line the procession route for the Ohio State University employee killed in last week's campus shooting.
The procession route passed by the Fisher College of Business and Ohio Stadium - two places that friends said Larry Wallington loved, 10TV's Patrick Bell reported.
Wallington was gunned down last Tuesday morning inside an Ohio State maintenance building.
The gunman, Nathaniel Brown, wounded another employee before taking his own life.
Ohio State staff and students were among those to line the streets as Wallington's procession passed by.
"It's a tragedy when a member of the OSU family passes away," said student Spencer Bownas. "This is something that touched a lot of people, students and workers alike."
Wallington was laid to rest Monday at Union Cemetery.
