A man was transported to Grant Hospital via medical helicopter Monday afternoon after a mining accident in Perry County.
An equipment accident injured the man at the Buckingham Coal Mine, 10TV News reported.
The company said it appears a mining machine boom stuck the worker.
No other injuries were reported.
