A man police said shot and killed another man over a love triangle was indicted Friday on murder charges.
Terry Taylor is charged with one count of aggravated murder.
Police said Taylor shot Kevin McMurray, 47, on Sunday night.

Investigators say Taylor's ex-girlfriend who was married to McMurray - had broken things off with him to try and patch things up with her husband.
McMurrary's wife was there at the time of the shooting but was not hurt.
