A judge declared a mistrial Thursday in the case of a man accused of causing two deaths while street racing last year.
Brian Green Jr. was charged with two counts of aggravated vehicular homicide stemming from the crash last November along Morse Road.
On Thursday morning, Green's father, Brian Green Sr., was being questioned by a prosecuting attorney when he spoke of his son's previous incarceration, 10TV's Cara Connelly reported.

Green's defense team objected, saying the testimony was prejudicial. A mistrial was announced by the judge after a lunch recess.
A new trial date was not immediately set.
Prosecutors said Green was behind the wheel of a Ford Thunderbird that veered left of center and collided head-on with a car traveling the other direction on Morse Road.
They alleged Green was racing another car before the collision.
The crash killed Green's girlfriend, Kristen Pressel, 18, and Nikki Hymes, 18, who was driving the other car.
Green was initially charged with three counts of aggravated vehicular homicide, but one of those charges was dropped this week when it was revealed that Pressel was not pregnant, 10TV News reported.
Green has denied that he was behind the wheel, saying his father was driving the Ford Thunderbird at the time of the crash
