The Columbus branch of JPMorgan Chase faces a sexual discrimination lawsuit amid claims that female employees have faced wage discrimination.

The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission filed the lawsuit on Tuesday, 10TV News reported.

In addition to wage discrimination, the suit alleges that employees put up with a hostile work environment.  The company is also accused of failing to correct the problem once managers were notified.

Among the other things, the suit seeks unspecified back pay, bonuses and the rehiring of women fired due to discrimination, 10TV News reported.

JPMorgan Chase has not commented on the lawsuit.
