Several thousand Chase Bank employees were evacuated from their corporate building on Tuesday after a suspicious device was found inside the massive complex.

The employees were told to leave the Polaris Parkway building after the device was discovered at about 10 a.m., 10TV's Lindsey Seavert reported.

Employees were told to return to the building at about 12:45 p.m.

According to investigators, the device was roughly the size of a loaf of bread and contained three lights and a stopwatch.  It was plugged in to an electrical outlet inside the building, Seavert reported.

It was later determined that the package was a timing device used during presentations, Seavert reported.

An employee later came forward and said she was going to use the device during a meeting.

No injuries were reported.

As many as 10,000 people work at the building each day. It is the company's largest facility in the world.
