Three people have been arrested in connection with the disappearance of a 4-year-old girl believed to be with a registered sex offender.

The girl was last seen last week in Crestline, and police believe the girl is with her mother and convicted sex offender Robbi Potter, who escaped from a halfway house in Richland County, 10TV News reported.

Investigators told 10TV News on Wednesday that the girl's father James Donathan, her uncle Cyle Watson and Nicole Kirkpatrick have been charged with helping Potter escape from the halfway house.

Investigators were also checking possible leads in the Phoenix, Ariz., area Wednesday, after receiving tips she may be there.
