A man who prosecutors said has a long history of collecting and drinking boys' urine from public restrooms will begin serving a 60-day jail sentence later this month, a judge ruled Friday.
Alan Patton pleaded no contest to a charge of criminal mischief stemming from his arrest last year at Sports Ohio in Dublin.
According to police, Patton shut off water to urinals and placed cups inside to collect urine.

Patton initially appealed the 60-day sentence, but the sentence was upheld by a judge last month.
