Arson Suspect Escapes Juvenile Custody

A 12-year-old boy who was charged in connection with a string of arsons on the city's south side remained on the run on Friday.

Investigators said Ryan Parsley escaped from a juvenile detention facility in March, 10TV News reported.

Parsley and his father are accused of setting several fires earlier this year. Police said the boy may be with his 16-year-old brother.

Police were also searching for a 15-year-old boy who is considered in person of interest in the arsons.
