Teen Dies After Argument In Wal-Mart Parking Lot

Police said a 19-year-old woman died Monday morning after an argument with her boyfriend in a south side Wal-Mart parking lot.

Ashley Dillow and her boyfriend got into an argument in the store's parking lot, located at 3579 South High Street, at about 1 a.m., 10TV's Patrick Bell reported.

Investigators said Dillow's boyfriend got into her car and began to drive away. Dillow tried to jump into the car, but slipped and hit her head on the pavement, police said.

Dillow's boyfriend drove her to Mount Carmel West Hospital, where she was pronounced dead.

Police said her death was considered accidental and charges were not expected to be filed.
